Children’s Church

 

Messy Church

On the 2nd Sunday of the month at 3pm Messy Church will take place, usually in the hall opposite the church.  Occasionally it will take place in the church also.

Updated details may be found in advance here, in the weekly pew sheets and also the parish ‘Link’ magazine.

Messy Church will last up to three hours and include crafts-work and making things, joint activities, bring and share meal and refreshments, song and 10 minutes of worship suitable for young children.

All are welcome and there's no need to book!

The first ‘Messy Church’ was held at 3pm on Sunday 13th March 2011 in the church and the newsletter is available to download here /content/pages/documents/1300301826.doc

They will be held in future in 2012 as follows:

There will be no Messy Church in January (an All Age service will take place on 22nd)

3pm on 12th February in the hall

3pm on 11th March in the Church

3pm on 1st April in the hall

3pm on 20th May in the hall

3pm on 10th June in the hall

3pm on 8th July in the hall

There will be no Messy Church in August (an All Age service will take place on 26th)

3pm on 9th September in the hall

3pm on 14th October in the hall

3pm on 11th November in the hall

There will be no Messy Church in December (Christingle will take place on 9th)

 

 

All Age Worship

On the 4th Sunday of the month there is an All Age service which takes place at 10 am.

This is an informal, lively and fun worship and is for both adults and children.

It is followed by refreshments.
